What are HSS4241 and HSS4341
Both HSS4341 and HSS4241 are kinds of high speed steel, which shorts for HSS. These two grade HSS are made based on China local standard.
HSS4341 or HSS4241 is an economical low alloy high speed steel with good red hardness, good toughness and thermal plasticity. It is generally used under soft and moderate intensity metal. They are normally used for making low quality HSS twist drill bits for low cost.
